Practicing Kinesiologist (BCAK) B.Sc. Kinesiology Degree

Sheldon graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an extended minor in Psychology.

Having grown up playing numerous sports, primarily hockey at a competitive level, Sheldon pursued an education in the field of Kinesiology to further educate himself to aid his playing career in hockey. While completing the initial years of his degree, Sheldon became drawn to the intricacies of the off-season hockey training process, particularly as it pertains to injury prevention and injury rehabilitation.

Facing adversity in the form of multiple knee and shoulder injuries while playing hockey, it was actually a lack of proper rehabilitation techniques that drew Sheldon toward an injury-focused niche. Having gained the knowledge to accompany his personal experiences with nagging injuries, Sheldon is passionate about helping others bounce back from injuries more effectively and efficiently than he was able to, or better yet to prevent these injuries from occurring in the first place.
